I have the Lg env touch(verizon)...every time i turn my phone off, and then on it turns my sound to master volume, changes the touch settings, and my internal/external wallpaper. anybody know how i can change it??

Taking the battery out with the phone still on will reset everything back to how you had it and fix it temporarily. Get to a verizon store whenever you can and they can do a software update for you- we've seen this happen a lot with the Touch and that was one of the things that the update fixed..
