For an ipod touch... under the photos section, you can click options for that photo and set it as wallpaper. Also, you can go settings; general; wallpaper; and choose a picture from your albums or the default ones. Both default pictures and album pictures. Nothing has changed. Neither the unlock screen or the main black screen behind the icons... Please help...

When they say wallpaper, they're refering to the picture that appears when the screen is locked, not the background of the actual iPod touch.
