How can you change the desktop wallpaper to video instead of a picture in windows vista/xp?

To do it in vista you need to use the theme called %26quot;Windows Aero%26quot; You need a very good graphics card to turn it on and You need Vista home premium,Business or ultimate. Search google on how to turn windows aero theme on. Next you right click on the desktop and click personalize then change desktop wallpaper or whatever its called and select Windows Dream Scene. That will allow you to select video or animations as your desktop wallpapers.

Ok since you said you need it for Vista Basic and you have 4gb ram. Check out this page. its for xp and vista http://www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.phHow can you change the desktop wallpaper to video instead of a picture in windows vista/xp?
