I turn my PC on and it starts loading. At one point during the process it shows the wallpaper, but then the screen changes to a solid color (the one I have chosen - I can change the color if I want to). I can not change the wallpaper either -- it will not let me access the buttons to do so.It is like my wallpaper is behind that solid color screen. turn off screen saver if on. boot into safe mode, and try, if it works, then you'll know either a conflict or too many programs running.How do i unfreeze my Desktop wallpaper?
