How do I change my wallpaper in windows 7?

I just got a new NetBook and it has Windows 7 already installed. I have never worked with this version, and I can't figure out how to change my background picture. Before, I would just right click and the option came up. I even used the 'search bar' in my control panel but nothing involving changing the pic would ever come up. I would think this would be an easy task. Thanks for any help with this! How do I change my wallpaper in windows 7?

There is no way to change the background in Windows 7 Starter Edition. The image is locked to the BetaFish, locked by a hash and refered to in Shell32.dll so there's no way around it.

Starter edition is mainly for emerging markets, and North America / Europe customers cannot even buy it if they wanted to.

Home Premium is suggested if you want the additional flexibility of changing the screen background (and a bunch of other functions that are not available in Starter). How do I change my wallpaper in windows 7?
In the search bar or on your desktop of right click, choose or type %26quot;Personalize%26quot;. Then you can find %26quot;desktop picture%26quot; in the personalization screen to change your background. You can also change your themes in there as well.
