how do i fix this?
it's getting really annoying...I CAN%26039;T CHANGE THE WALLPAPER ON MY PC!! :(?
i dont know what OS (operating system) you have but one easy way to change your wallpaper is to find a photo you like and double click it or right click and open it with windows picture and fax viewer, then right click on the image and click set to desktop background.
