if what you mean is to set a picture of the screen that shows when your ipod is charging, you take a screen shot of the screen that shows the battery charging by holding the home and power switch at the same time until it flashes white. then go to your saved photos folder under the photos app, click the pic, and a bar at the bottom should come up. click the left button and a menu will pop up. click use as wallpaper and then set the picture.How do I make my iPod touch charging screen my wallpaper?

To change your wallpaper into your charging screen is easy. All you have to do is take a screen shot by plugging up your iPod to charge as usual then put it back on the lock screen. Then simultaneously press the home button and sleep button at the same time then let go and take the shot, then go to your photos and it should be there. Then make it into the wallpaper and that's it.
