well fast change the wallpaper then go to C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper from here delete ur desire wallpaper.....or if u have selected that from any other folder then go there and delete it...this only way ......if u wanna some more info visit my blog below.How to uninstall an animated wallpaper. i mean to remove it completely, not just change the wallpaper?
Find the path , and delete it .
