if this is for an ipod touch, then yepp. first find a picture that you like on the safari web browser, and hold your finger down on it. after a couple seconds, a menu will pop up with a couple of options. select the save image option. go to your pictures and fiind the photo you saved. select it, and at the bottom left corner, there should be a little box with an arrow coming out of it. select that and choose use as wallpaper. your done!
