i have an acer aspire one and i cant change the wallpaper. i right click on the desktop and the options arnt listed to change the wallpaper. i have also tried right clicking on an image and selecting set as wallpaper, then logging off and back on, which failed. anyone know how to fix it?How do you change the desktop wallpaper on an acer aspire one?
Is this your own personal home laptop, or are you connected to a domain, in Vista or Windows 7 the option to change the desktop is under personalise.(right click desktop)
But what you describe about logging of and loggin back on, sounds like you have a mandotory profile set up on a domain controller, possibly with group policy settings to hide the options to alow yuou to change it.
But if its your home laptop then i dont see why this would happen.
