Right click on your desktop BACKGROUND

then click PROPERTIES

click on the DESKTOP tab

U can choose the exiting window background OR

Use BROWSE to select some download image, personal photo to be your new background

If the image is too small or big, U can also select TILE or STRETCH to resize the image.
