I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook with Windows 7 and it doesn't let me change my desktop wallpaper. I'll right click pictures and click %26quot;set as wallpaper%26quot; and it still does not work. Is that just how my computer's supposed to be or is there something wrong?Why can%26039;t I change my wallpaper?
