i've tried to change my desktop wallpaper many times, but it still doesn't appear. its all blank.How do i change my wallpaper desktop?

I change my desktop wallpaper once a week. When on a blank spot on your desktop, right click. Then left click properties, then desktop. If you click %26quot;browse%26quot; you can look for pictures that are already on your computer. After you set the look, be sure you click %26quot;apply%26quot; to make it stick.
