i have a HTC Diamond mobile phone with windows mobile 6.1 professional.
the owner and i are unable to figure out how to change the wallpaper.

You would have to Start%26gt;Settings%26gt;Personal%26gt;Today%26gt;Items and un-check TouchFlo then go back to Appearance and select a theme (if there are any). If there are no themes to select, you need to get .tsk files and drop them onto the \Windows| root folder of the device.

If you have the picture saved on the phone open the picture .Select menu /set as today background and it will change it .If you want to change task bar and text color settings then you will need a .tsk file to put in the windows directory .
You have to open the picture with windows pictures and images not htc album .
If it keeps opening with htc album you can use something like file explorer or total commander and look in windows and open the program pimg.exe if it is not listed in programs
