How can you get a different wallpaper on the windows 7 starter?

i have a Toshiba nb305 and i cant seem to change the wallpaper, i have changed the screensaver but there is no icon for changing the wallpaper.

To change the wallpaper you make sure you are on the home page. Then click the top left button that has like three lines and go to %26quot;themes%26quot; and pick which one you want. You can download more themes on your phone for money, or on the internet for free. I hope that helps!

Help cant change my wallpaper.?

Ok basicly i have my monitor set to a res of 1280x1024 but whenever i set a wallpaper thats larger than that, for example 1600x1200 i get these huge black bars at the top and bottom of the desktop/wallpaper. How do i make the wallpaper fit my screen? I know windows xp auto fit wallpapers but it doesnt seem vista does that, it obviously just sets the wallpaper without auto fitting it to the screen res.
